Refunds Policy

We at are proud to say that the below has not happened. However we would like to assure the customer of our commitment to them.

Should the customer receive an item different than what they ordered according to the details in the order form/email/website submission, we request that you return the goods back to our collection point and we will send you the correct item at no extra charge to you. Our location would be the address on our Invoice. website.

As for non-satisfaction with items that you communicated to us to order for you. We would not be able to refund any item. We will however offer you the option to ship the item back to us, and we will return it to the seller if they accept returns, this of course would depend on their policy. Then we would order the substitute item that you would like and ship it to you. All shipping plus our service fee will have to be paid by the customer.
