How to Order

Ordering with us is very simple. Just 3 steps

  1. Login / Register with us if you do not have an account.

  2. Browse our Shopping Guide or the Internet for what you want

  3. Send us full details using this Secure Form

What happens next

  1. We will source the item(s) and send you an invoice to your email address of the total amount payable including shipping costs.

  2. We will request you make your payment to myUKshopping. The following payment options are available

    • Via Bank transfer or a deposit to our account

    • Via our M-PESA Pay-bill Account

  3. Once your payment is received, we will purchase, pack and ship the goods to you.

  1. We strongly recommend using the order form to send the order details to us

  2. An acknowledgement email will be sent detailing

    • The items you have ordered : we cannot accept vague or incomplete descriptions

    • The total payment now required (including shipping costs)

    • Where and How to make the payment

  3. Acceptance of Order email will be sent

    • Confirming cleared funds

    • Advising you of the placement of your order with retailer/supplier/s

    • By this stage it is too late to add to or amend your order

  4. Goods Received email will be sent

    • Confirming (or not) your goods arriving at our warehouse

    • Expected shipping dates, times delivery to the collection point

    • All items remain sealed and ‘as delivered’ to us when we load onto transit pallets. We will/do not open any packages

  5. Completion of Contract email will be sent (Upon our Receipt of Signed-for Proof of Delivery)
